Calls are made in the softphone app on your phone, not in a web browser.

Personal Line gives you a new Dominica number. Voice calling only: SMS and emergency calling are not supported. Calls are made in the Isola Cloud Softphone app, not in a web browser. Incoming calls are free: they do not use your minutes or your wallet balance. Number porting is not offered, so you cannot bring or keep an existing number. You can top up your wallet by card in the app, or by NBD MoBanking, which a person at EPIC confirms before the credit is added. Support: message EPIC on WhatsApp at +1 767 818 0001. A person replies Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Dominica time. Outside those hours, leave a message and a person will reply when the team is back.

What happens when my plan or trial ends?

Are incoming calls free?
